Andy Irwin

Andy Irwin joined Watkins Steel in 2004, bringing with him a wealth of experience in mining construction. Over the years, he has been involved in numerous notable projects, including Loreto College, the design and construction of the Watkins Steel facility in Banyo, and the Virgin Australia BNE Airside Bagging Handling Upgrade.

As the CTO and Reality Capture Specialist, Andy is responsible for integrating various software platforms and technologies to ensure the seamless execution of the end-to-end digital workflow at Watkins Steel. His passion for technology and BIM, combined with his comprehensive industry experience, makes him an invaluable asset to any construction project involving steelwork.
