Thinking bigger on the workshop floor. Shout out Thinking bigger on the workshop floor. Shout out to Harry for showing great initiative while MIG welding this 800+mm diameter post. By attaching a metal plate to hold the controller, Harry was able to keep the controls within arm’s reach, allowing him to stay in position and maintain a consistent weld while the post rotated on the rotators. A great example of taking ownership, improving efficiency and finding smarter ways to get the job done. Nice work Harry 😎 #watkinssteel #migwelding #steelfabrication
